Company Record Persmissions and Access Levels

There are three levels of access to a record:

No Access

Record information is not available to you and you must Request Access to view the full record.

Record Access Pending

You have requested access to the record and it is awaiting approval from the record owner.

Record Access Available

You have full access to the record and the information contained within it. You can also perform your own reviews and screenings against the record.

Company Record Owner

You are the sole record owner and have the ability to edit the record contents and transfer ownership to another user.

Assigning Company Record Ownership

By assigning ownership of a record to someone else, you relenquish your ownership of the record, once the other user has accepted ownership. This means you will no longer be able to edit the record contents and must request record ownership again, in order to do so.

Claiming ownership of a record means that the record owner is responsible for the accuracy and updating of record information.
